The Lagoa da Rosada is on the eastern side of the island, and is part of the municipality of São Roque do Pico, and its main highlight is undoubtedly the panorama.

This is because it is located in a crater deriving from an explosion of cone of slag, in addition to its surroundings contain a typical vegetation of these geological phenomena, with strong predominance of the green one because of the exposure to the high levels of humidity of the Pico, to offer to the visitor a landscape which mixes natural beauty and calm.
